Jarmo is qualified IFMGA mountain guide with strong free skiing and steep skiing background. 

He is a true mountain enthusiast and also the founder of the mountain guiding company YellowSnow Guides. Jarmo can be found mostly skiing and ski touring during the winter seasons and trail running and mountain biking in the summer seasons as well as alpine climbing.

 

Jarmo is based in Chamonix, France with his family and much of his guiding work takes place with clients in the local area. As he has lived in the valley for over ten years, his children are also well integrated in the mountain environment and the Chamonix valley society.  They do a wide range of local activities. With his family, Jarmo often goes mountain biking or trail running around Chamonix which offers something for everyone.

 

Jarmo's guiding company YellowSnow Guides offers popular products like summiting Mt. Blanc but also more exclusive tailor-made experiences in the mountains. The newest hit product is summiting Mt. Blanc by running in a day, but doing it safely.
